Penguatan Kompetensi Guru mengenai Murid Berkebutuhan Khusus di Kecamatan Tepus

Keterbatasan kompetensi guru dalam memahami karakteristik murid berkebutuhan khusus masih menjadi tantangan dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif di sekolah reguler. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kompetensi guru mengenai layanan bagi murid berkebutuhan khusus di Kecamatan Tepus. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan partisipatif yang dipadukan dengan best practice, meliputi penyampaian materi, berbagi praktik baik, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, dan angket kepuasan terhadap 39 guru SD dan SMP. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan setelah pelatihan (M=6,28 menjadi M=8,28; p<0,001). Evaluasi pelaksanaan juga menunjukkan penilaian sangat baik pada seluruh aspek dengan skor rata-rata di atas 4,30 dari skala 5. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pelatihan yang aktif, kontekstual, dan berbasis praktik efektif meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta mendukung kesiapan sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif.
