Peningkatan Literasi Data Guru Informatika Melalui Pelatihan Analisis Data Menggunakan Python dan Google Colab di SMA Se-Surakarta

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut guru Informatika untuk memiliki kompetensi analisis data yang memadai dalam mendukung capaian pembelajaran Fase F Kurikulum Merdeka. Namun, sebagian besar guru di Surakarta masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam penguasaan alat analisis data modern seperti Python dan Google Colab. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan sistematis berbasis praktik. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan participatory training dengan model in-on service, meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Sebanyak 28 guru Informatika SMA se-Surakarta berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan secara blended learning. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman analisis data dan keterampilan penggunaan Python serta Google Colab. Sebanyak 96% peserta menyatakan pelatihan sangat relevan dengan pembelajaran di kelas, dan 89% menyatakan siap mengimplementasikan materi dalam kurikulum Informatika Fase F. Hasil ini menegaskan efektivitas pelatihan berbasis praktik dalam membangun literasi data dan kesiapan guru menghadapi tantangan pendidikan berbasis data.
