Abstract

Layanan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus menuntut pendekatan yang individual dan adaptif agar setiap peserta didik dapat berkembang sesuai potensinya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) dalam merancang Program Pembelajaran Individual (PPI) yang berlandaskan hasil asesmen kebutuhan khusus. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap utama, yaitu lokakarya berbasis prinsip andragogi, simulasi penyusunan Profil Belajar Siswa dan PPI, serta pendampingan lapangan di sekolah mitra. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan pretest–posttest, observasi, dan refleksi terhadap praktik guru. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru terhadap asesmen komprehensif dari 35% menjadi 80% dan kemampuan menyusun PPI yang lebih terarah, realistis, serta kontekstual. Selain peningkatan kompetensi teknis, guru juga menunjukkan perubahan sikap profesional menjadi lebih reflektif dan percaya diri dalam menerapkan asesmen serta pembelajaran individual. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan praktik pembelajaran berbasis kebutuhan peserta didik dan mendukung implementasi pendidikan inklusif di SLB. Dengan demikian, pelatihan berbasis pengalaman langsung terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus
